Founder/CEO

S. Dane Shelton - his friends call him“SD” - has been involved in the financial services sector since the mid-1990s when he consulted with a local bank on their kiosk banking projects that served as a precursor for their internet banking project. From there, SD built and ran a team of 40 highly skilled consultants across the US, Canada and Europe, developing Internet banking technologies and solutions. When all was said and done, SD implemented more than 40 internet banks, bill-pay systems and aggregation services. His client list includes dozens of Fortune 50 companies such as IBM, Visa, Royal Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Scotland, Sanwa, SunTrust, Wells Fargo, and more.In addition, SD has taught investment strategies for firebrands, including Tony Robbins, Robert Kyosaki, Kevin O’Leary, Barbara Corcoran, Richard Branson, and even helped develop a program to help Jordan Belfort, better known as “the wolf of wall street” repay the victims of his past offenses.He has taught in all 50 states in the US, all 10 providences in Canada, as well as Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, Trinidad, Tobago, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, United Arab Emirates, England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, the Caribbean, and others.He has taught groups as large as 25,000 in event centers and as small as a half-dozen in more intimate settings. He has been invited to participate in numerous investor panels taking questions from prospective investors and enjoys interaction with anyone who shares his enthusiasm for collaboration and learning.SD has provided consulting, strategy, technology, and training services for the financial services industry for the past 28 years. He is an active options trader and investor, has a weekly podcast and is authoring several books to be released in 2023.SD has a passion for teaching and has brought thousands of new traders into the market. His unique perspective helped him pioneer a patent-pending system that facilitates learning and accelerates skill development.

Brittni built her first business at 25. From a small town where everyone knows everyone, Brittni quickly realized that the key to her success was customer satisfaction. By making this the center of her offerings, Brittni was able to grow the business and drive a prestigious national company out of her county, which couldn’t compete with her “customer first” mantra. Brittni sold the business and bought a near-bankrupt and dilapidated services company. Utilizing what she had learned from her first endeavor, Brittni was able to manage the turnaround in just a few short years and sell that company for a profit of several million dollars. Since that time, Brittni has built, bought and sold businesses that provide products and services across the spectrum. These companies have served the human resources, energy, consulting, real estate, culinary, distribution, and media markets. In addition, Brittni has been widely sought after to provide her business acumen for alternate energy companies, reality shows, healthcare groups and even organizations that serve at-risk youth. Through all of it, Brittni learned that, regardless of the endeavor, the key to a successful business is placing the client above the numbers.Today Brittni serves as President of GhosTrades, a company she has built with her husband, SD. Brittni’s responsibilities include day-to-day operations, client fulfillment, and overall client experience. Brittni has created an organization with a reputation for fulfilling promises and over-delivering satisfaction. A recent deep-market study performed by a third-party found that thanks to Brittni’s efforts, GhosTrades client satisfaction stands at 94.7%. In an industry of failed expectations and satisfaction well below 50%, most would celebrate this achievement. Instead, Brittni sees it as yet another opportunity to improve. In addition to her business responsibilities, Brittni is a mother, a grandmother, an active role model for women in business, and a vocal advocate for hospice. Having lost her mother too soon to cancer, Brittni volunteers her time to the organization that helped her family find solace in their last hours together. Brittni is why GhosTrades is different. Angeliqúe S.

Angelique started trading in the Options market in 2004 and progressed to the Forex market by 2006. She quickly gained a following in the trading world. As a quick study on charting, she started teaching Stock, Options and Currencies by mid-2006. Angelique has spent the past 18 years teaching trading techniques, strategies and opportunities to people from all walks of life. She’s mentored 1 on 1 to groups of thousands physically in over 7 different countries, every Province in Canada, and almost every major city in all 50 states. Since Covid, her reach has increased to many additional countries as she currently teaches daily online. Angelique is a technical trader and teaches her students how to properly read charts to effectively apply techniques in all methods of trading, whether it’s Crypto, Currencies, Stock, Options, Futures and Commodities. She has a knack for breaking the most difficult topics down to the simplest explanations, allowing her students to grasp every concept from beginners to advanced. Angelique has been involved in many philanthropic organizations and is continuously giving back to her community.

Scott acquired a passion for stocks at an early age and, in college, began reading every investing book he could get his hands on and learned the importance of following a rules-based system with proper risk management.He purchased his first house before he’d graduated college and enjoyed rent-free living throughout much of his college career as a landlord with roommates growing his real estate investments to over 15 million at one point. He spent over 12 years working for TD Ameritrade as an investment educator and coach.In 2018 he created an investment education course for Investopedia as a subject matter expert. Determined to enjoy the spoils of his investment. He has been traveling and enjoying an early semi-retirement over the last few years. As he’s traveled, he has run into so many people who need guidance with investing and want to learn, and he’s excited to get back into educating.His motto is: “The best thing we can do is help each other out and create as much positivity as we can while we can.”
